Here are the potato characters P3a created.
They all made either their favourite character or designed a new character, then they started to develop a story for their character. All the potato characters were sent home so pupils can tell their stories to people at home next week as part of their homework.

Everyone in P1/2 has been delighted to be back in school this week.
We have spent lots of time playing laying both in our classroom and in the glorious spring sunshine.
The children have adapted brilliantly and are all thrilled to be reunited with their friends and teachers.
P3a chose to learn about Scottish Castles this term. They were given the STEAM challenge of designing and constructing a castle.
They learnt the names of different parts of castles and had to co-cooperate effectively within a group.
Congratulations to Lucy in P5/6 who won the Confucius Institute for Scotland’s School Chinese New Year Poster contest a few weeks ago.
