P3 had great fun learning some moves in an RnB dance session during Health Week 2023. They learned moves called ‘aunt Jackie,’ ‘the bad one’ and ‘chicken noodle soup.’
We have some amazing dancers in our class!

Boccia is a fantastic sport aimed at those with additonal support needs.

‘This term P5/4 have been learning the ukelele with Malcolm from YMI (Youth Music Initiative). They have learned how to play a variety of chords and have enjoyed playing in a class ukelele band together. Some of our favourite songs were Bingo, Three Little Birds and Singing in the Rain’

We’ve had the below message from Rosanna at Pianodrome
I am writing on behalf of the adopt a piano adoption scheme at the Pianodrome.
We have many upright and grand pianos up for adoption at the Wee Hub in Ocean Terminal shopping centre. The showroom is open Thursdays 10-2pm and Saturdays 12-4pm. Suggested prices reflect the quality of the instruments which we are refurbishing to give them a new lease of life. All donations go back into the project to upskill our volunteers and save pianos from waste.
Please see this BBC article for more information on this project:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-scotland-64175072
Our website has further details too:
Please share this information as widely as possible with anyone you think might be interested in giving a piano a good home.
All the best,
Rosanna,
Volunteer with Pianodrome
