P2/3 Farmers at Love Gorgie Farm

Primary 2/3 had a fantastic time at Gorgie Farm learning about plants and seeing the garden. We loved learning about flowers, vegetables  and fruits and how to grow them.

We also enjoyed seeing the turkeys and chickens. Thanks to Seamus and his lovely team for also creating a fantastic game so we could learn the names of flowers and vegetables.  It was great fun!

P4a Love Gorgie Farm

P4a enjoyed their first workshop with LOVE Gorgie Farm where they learnt about the different plants, fruits and vegetables growing on the farm,  They went on a word hunt to help learn names of plants/flowers they hadn’t seen before. There was time to visit the animals and we even got to pet some fuzzy sheep and smooth goats.
