P6 and P7 pupils were successful at a recent city wide basketball tournament at Meadowbank Stadium. They will represent the school once more at the semi final event on 22nd April.
This year’s entries for the Easter Egg Competition. The standard has been very high again.
Primary 2 had a fantastic day out on Monday to the science festival at the City Art Centre. We took part in lots of different activities including digging for dinosaur bones, making instruments at the sound workshop, becoming wild vets, exploring electricity, learning how wind turbines generate energy and enjoyed some free time in the imagination playground. Happy faces all round!
P3/4 had a fun time at the science festival. They enjoyed making a scab at the blood bar, watching some science experiments and coding with Marty the robot.
Our P7’s worked so hard last week on fundraising for their Leavers Party. It was a pleasure for the Parent Council to support them. Over two days they raised £273.00.
Thanks to our parent volunteers and all those who donated baked goods and toys.
P3/4 had an eggciting time making their own chocolate Easter nests!
We are working with Edinburgh & Lothians Greenspace trust about the consultation for Murieston Park Play area. Please can you take a few minutes to answer some questions on the use of the park using the link below or by scanning the QR code in the poster. The park is widely used by our pupils and it would be great to have their views heard.
