The P3s, P3/4s and P4s all had a fantastic time at our Christmas Party this afternoon. Lots of lovely outfits and dancing. Well done everyone!

Christmas Choir Performance
The choir performed at the local Co-op and impressed shoppers with their wonderful singing
Primary 2B’s festivities
Primary 2B have enjoyed lots of Christmas activities this month. We have enjoyed some Christmas themed games, made ‘glowing’ Christmas trees experimenting with chalk pastels and made cotton wool snowmen cards to take home. We all took part in the Nativity performance and have enjoyed singing lots of Christmas songs in the classroom!
A busy end of term in P2B
P2B have been enjoying Monday morning music sessions with YMI over the past few weeks. We have been learning some Scottish songs and have been taught some new circle time games.
We have also been learning to tell the time using analogue and digital clocks as well as enjoying having some free play within our classroom.
Christmas Assembly
We enjoyed performances from each year group, our violin students and our choir, as well as a visit from Father John from St Martin of Tours Episcopal Church.
Lothian Junior Chess Championship win for Dalry!
Our chess team were successful a few weeks ago in winning the Lothian Junior Chess Championship! An amazing achievement for our pupils. Thank you to Stewart and Bill, our wonderful Chess volunteers for their work every week at Chess Club and with our chess masterclass.
P1 and P2 Nativity
P1 and P2 were absolutely amazing this week performing the ‘Christmas Counts’ nativity play.

P1 to P7 enjoyed a lovely festive Christmas lunch today. Thanks to Miss Smith for decorating the hall, organising the juice and the Christmas party music.
