Don’t forget Monday 18th of May is a holiday! No School on Monday.

Staff will not be running teams in P6-P7.

We suspect a lot of you are playing video games in lockdown.

Just for fun over the long weekend Mr Bennett has set up a daily tournament for those in the school who have a Nintendo Switch online and Mariokart (quite a few people we know from playground chat) (sorry folks who use other platforms and games, this is the one we have access to).

It will run daily for an hour at 16.00-17.00 from today until Sunday.

With regard to online safety Mariokart doesn’t feature voice chat or free texting. You won’t need to friend the other players to play with this set up.

And if you’ve been building amazing things in other games like Minecraft feel free to send us some pictures of what you have created.

It’s Friday, It’s May and we hope you’ve all had another great Dalry Digital week.

We’d just like to remind you that there is an in service day and a school holiday to mark the 75th anniversary of VE day next week.

As a result P6 and P7 teams won’t run on Monday or Friday and Teachers won’t be on Twitter on those days.

We will be doing quite a lot of training and planning on Monday to try to keep adding to our digital school.

There is another holiday on Monday May 18th.

Dalry Primary School wish Ramadan Mubarak to all our of our families marking Ramadan.

We hope that the lockdown, while tough, can make this time of year more memorable and special as you have more time with family. We will miss sharing it with you all.

We really hope to have a brilliant family meal as we usually do to mark Eid and year end once school resumes.
