The Clan Chiefs are hard at work judging the entries to the Easter Egg contest, which will be announced later today.
We have been overwhelmed by the number and quality of the entries this year, especially given we weren’t able again to have a judging in school thanks to the pandemic. Hopefully next year we can do that again, especially given the amazing work by all entrants this year.
Here is a gallery of our amazing entries.
Happy Easter from Dalry Primary

The boys and girls in Primary 2 have been busy measuring this week by making potions in groups and pretending to be builders and architects by calculating the length of objects. We have also been comparing weight and length by investigating whether something is heavier or lighter and longer or shorter with practical activities.
We really enjoyed making a mixture of love potions, stretchy potions and invisibility potions 🧪 🧫

P2 have had the pleasure of enjoying Scots songs this term, led by Alyssa Muego, our YMI tutor.Songs which we have learned include, Coulter’s Candy and My maw’s a millionaire 🎶

Primary 1s enjoyed a Spring scavenger hunt in the playground and then they wrote about it. We made chocolate nests, did Spring finger painting and played duck, duck goose in the playground. Have a great holiday everyone 😊
