Nursery to P1 Transition- What to Expect: Parent information.

We’re nearly at the end of the year and the start of your time as Dalry P1 families.

Below is a powerpoint presentation with audio commentary on what to expect in school. It contains all that you could need to know about what to expect next term and things you can do to prepare for P1.

See you in August.

P4a proudly holding their RSPB Wild Challenge Bronze Award certificates.  Pupils achieved these after completing a range of activities to explore the local environment and work to improve things for bugs, butterflies and bees. Well done all!

Proud of Scotland

Dalry Primary all united to watch Scotland on Monday and while the result wasn’t what we wanted the children were proud of seeing Sotland represented on the big stage.

They also got a mini pie and a mini pint (of fruit juice!) at half time.

Let’s hope Scotland can qualify still and good luck to all our families and staff supporting other teams in the tournament.

P6 and P7 Sports Day

P6 and P7 had a brilliant sports day in their bubble together.

They tried loads of activities and even did a class vs class tug of war.

Ice lollies were had afterwards and everybody had a great time.

P1 Sports Morning

The P1s had a great day on Wednesday taking part in Sports Day with help from Ricky, our Active Schools Co-Ordinator! Everyone had lots of fun, had a go at everything and tried their best. Well done! We got a lovely treat of some ice lollies at the end of the morning too.
